Registration Policy 

  • The full registration fee covers all conference events (excluding the VIP, C-Level Dinners, Activities, and Chamber Networking Dinner). 
  • MEDC does not offer partial or daily registrations.
  • Specific deadlines set Registration Rates. If you have not contacted MEDC before or by the deadline, we can not provide you with the lower rate. 
  • MEDC policy states that full payment is required prior to the start of the event. Anyone with an outstanding balance may be denied entry.
